Valencian MotoGP home soil.

The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider secured a podium spot at the Portuguese MotoGP on 9 November, the most recent event on the 2025 MotoGP calendar.
Acosta finished third in the race, while also clinching the runner-up spot in the sprint event and he left Portugal with an impressive 25 points.
MotoGP ambitions
The 21-year-old promising Grand Prix motorcycle racer is placed fifth in the 2025 MotoGP Riders' standings, having collected 285 points from 21 races.
Acosta is just three points behind fourth-placed Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati and the duo will battle for a top-four finish in the MotoGP Riders' standings at the Valencia MotoGP.
Why Acosta could win the 2025 Valencian MotoGP
The Spaniard has hit an end-of-season form, having secured podium finishes in three of the last four races, which has seen him move closer to the top four-ranked riders.
Acosta, who won the 2022 Valencian Moto2, will be racing in front of compatriots, friends and family at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, and this could spur him to victory.
What did he say?
"Well, competitive weekend, that’s for sure,” Acosta said after finishing third at the 2025 Portuguese MotoGP.
“We tried our best, as always. We know that we’re still missing to get this victory, but we are doing a really good job. Let’s try to keep going. Every time we are closer to that victory. For this, let’s try to be calm and keep going.
"Well, our target is not P3 or P4. We just have to make good races. At the moment, since the summer break, we are doing proper races, not making mistakes. We have to keep going.”
