2024 Myrtle Beach Classic is scheduled to take place in South Carolina, USA between 9 and 12 May.
What to know about the tournament
The newly-established Myrtle Beach Classic, which is sponsored by Visit Myrtle Beach, will be the first PGA Tour event in Myrtle Beach history.
It will also be the first major professional golf tournament to the Grand Strand in the past 24 years and the first 22nd event in the 2024 PGA Tour season.

Max Kennedy sank a six-foot putt for par on the last hole to earn medalist honours at the General Hackler Invitational in March 2024, giving him a spot in the Myrtle Beach Classic.
The Irishman, who posted rounds of 68-71-69 for an 8-under total of 208 over the 7,233-yard par 72 layout, was the first player announced in the 132-player field.

The 2024 Myrtle Beach Classic will be headlined by Erik van Rooyen, Taylor Pendrith, Bill Haas, Brandt Snedeker and K.H. Lee who will be part of the 132-player field.
They will face stiff competition from Kevin Kisner, Billy Horschel, Lanto Griffin, Nico Echavarria, Kevin Chappell as well as Daniel Berger
What Is At Stake
The inaugural Myrtle Beach Classic purse is set for $4 million and $720,000 is the winner's share.
The winner of the tournament will also receive 300 FedEx Cup points and a trophy.
