The English Premier League (EPL) is known for its attractive passing football which leads to numerous goal scoring chances.
 
We take a look at Africa's best passers thus far in the 2019/20 EPL season.
 

Jordan Ayew

Passes: 610

 
The Ghana international has been deployed as one of the two centre forwards by Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson. The marksmen holds up the ball and link-play really well.

"The most important thing is the teammates and the manager are giving me the freedom to play and to express myself and that’s what is making me do all the things I’m doing today," Ayew said.

The Ivory Coast captain has been revived by Jose Mourinho at Tottenham Hotspur and enjoys pushing forward, and playing crosses into the box. He is also a master of the intrict passes on the edge of the box.

The Nigerian midfield maestro is one of the best defensive midfielders in the EPL and has flourished in his role at Leicester City, proving to be a strong distributor of the ball.
