Lando Norris will be eager to make it back-to-back victories in the 2025 Formula One World Championship season by winning the
Spanish Grand Prix.

The McLaren driver secured a podium spot at the Monaco Grand Prix title on May 25, the most recent race on the 2025 Formula One World Championship calendar.
Norris started on the first grid and went on to win the race, achieving his sixth race victory and 11th pole position in Formula One, while also collecting 25 points.
Formula One title ambitions
The Bristol-born driver is still placed second in the World Drivers' Championship standings, having accumulated 158 points.
Norris is three points behind leader Oscar Piastri of McLaren and 22 points ahead of second-placed Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing.
Why Norris could win the 2025 Spanish Grand Prix
The 25-year-old is oozing with confidence at the moment after registering his second win of the season at the Monaco Grand Prix, having also won the Australian Grand Prix.
Having finished second in the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix, Norris will be confident of going one step further and winning this weekend's race in Montmelo.
What did he say?
“This feels amazing. I’ve achieved one of my dreams – because winning here is what I dreamt of as a kid, so I’m proud of myself and the team for being able to get the win here," Norris said after winning the 2025 Monaco Grand Prix.
"It's a long race but it was good fun because we could push for quite a lot of it. The end of the race was a little challenging with Charles close behind and Max ahead, but I felt under control, able to push when I needed to and chill when I didn’t...
"I'm very happy, the team are very happy, and we carry good momentum with us into the final race of the triple header."
