Lando Norris will be determined to record his second victory of the current season by clinching the
Canadian Grand Prix title.

The McLaren driver narrowly missed out on a podium spot at the most recent event in the current campaign which was the Monaco Grand Prix on 26 May.
Norris started on the fourth grid and he maintained his spot in the top four until the race ended which saw him finish fourth, and he collected 12 points in the process.
Formula One title ambitions
The Belgian-British star is placed third in the World Drivers' Championship standings having accumulated 113 points.
Norris is 56 points behind the leader Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing-Honda RBPT with the latter keen to retain the Formula One world title.
Why Norris could win the 2024 Canadian Grand Prix
Norris has been in good form lately securing runners-up spots at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix and Chinese Grand Prix in his last four races.
The 2014 Karting World Championship winner also won the Miami Grand Prix and he will be hoping to register his second victory of the term this weekend.
What did he say?
“A good team result. A lot of points on the board, which is exactly what we wanted," Norris said after finishing fourth at the 2024 Monaco Grand Prix.
"But as we expected, there were no opportunities to move forward, especially after the Red Flag at the beginning. It was unlucky that we got put down to fourth again after the first start, that would have been lovely!
"But there wasn’t a lot we could do on a day like today. We stayed in there, got good points for the team, and that’s the main thing.”
