With Inter Milan being the team to beat in Serie A as the month of February rolls on, the Italian giants could make it five wins on the spin when they take on Sassuolo this weekend.
Inter will head into their next league game on the back of a 2-0 win over Cremonese as they took their tally to 55 points after 23 games played. While second-placed AC Milan are away to Bologna on Tuesday night, Inter currently hold an eight-point gap over their fiercest rivals.

Sassuolo jotted down a 3-1 win over Pisa this past Saturday and at the same time, managed to note back-to-back victories in the process. As it stands, Sassuolo are in 11th position, with 29 points to their name after 23 encounters.

Speaking on Inter Milan’s positive campaign so far, Christian Chivu believes that finding a way to win matches has been key for his side as they lead the way at the top of the pile.
“Maturity and finding ways to win the match,” Chivu said.
“I think that’s the secret, especially when there isn’t much energy and there are many games with few rotations.”
