The Red Devils welcome English Premier League rivals Chelsea to the Theatre of Dreams on Sunday knowing that anything less than victory will all but see there hopes of qualifying for next season’s UEFA Champions League fade away into the distance along with the rest of the top-four contenders. United are currently three points adrift of the Blues, who have a superior goal-difference too, with just three matches left to play.

Anthony Martial scored twice in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge earlier in the season but it was not enough for Jose Mourinho to get maximum points on his return to the Blues as the match ended in a 2-2 stalemate after Ross Barkley’s last gasp equaliser for the hosts.

The last meeting between the pair saw Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba each score in the first-half as United ran away 2-0 winners in the 5th round of the FA Cup in February.
