The 2026 Miami Grand Prix will be held at the Miami International Autodrome, built around Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, on 3 May.
What to know about the Miami Grand Prix
The first race took place in 2022 at the purpose-built 5.412km Miami International Autodrome and it is a relatively new addition to the calendar and has been a Sprint weekend in recent years.
The event is popular for its vibrant atmosphere and has been extended on the calendar long-term.

The Japanese Grand Prix, Round 3 of the 2026 Formula One World Championship, was won by Kimi Antonelli of Mercedes on 29 March.
Oscar Piastri (McLaren) and Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) joined him on the podium, finishing second and third respectively at Suzuka.
Standings
Kimi Antonelli leads the World Drivers' Championship after taking his second consecutive victory in Japan and becoming the youngest-ever championship leader.
George Russell sits second for Mercedes, with Charles Leclerc third for Ferrari.
Mercedes head the Constructors' Championship ahead of Ferrari and McLaren.
Favourites
All eyes will be on the Mercedes duo of Antonelli and Russell, who have dominated the early season.
McLaren and Ferrari will look to close the gap on this Sprint weekend, with home interest high for the American round.

“We go alright when we make the start! A good result today, it would have been really interesting to see what would have happened without the Safety Car," Piastri, the 2025 Miami GP winner, said after the 2026 Japanese GP.
"I could keep George (Russell) behind and just before the stops we were actually pulling away a little bit. A shame that we never got to see what would have happened. But I think for us, at this point, to be disappointed about finishing second is a pretty good place to be.
"Massive thanks to the team. I think we did a really good job of executing with what we had. We clearly still need to find a bit of performance, but we took every opportunity we had today.”
