Quotes

"We worked with a bit of light-heartedness, having fun and understanding that we don't emerge from difficult moments with gloom and sadness," Udinese manager Gabriele Cioffi said after the recent FIFA break.

"There was a lot of quality, especially in midfield, for the end of a hotly contested championship: “All the strong players can play together, it's also up to my skill to make them coexist.

"Martin Payero suffered a blow to his ankle during the break, but it's nothing serious. He has impressive room for improvement."

Head-to-Head

Milan hammered Udinese 4-0 in their last meeting in the league which was on 9 December 2023 at the San Siro.

As a result, the Big Grass Snake are undefeated in their last two league matches against Little Zebras having recorded two consecutive wins.
