Matchday 11
Fiorentina vs Juventus

After getting back to winning ways in Serie A last time out, Juventus will eye back-to-back wins in the league when they take on Fiorentina on away soil this Sunday.
As it stands, Juve find themselves sitting in seventh position on 17 points after an indifferent spell of results during the last couple of weeks. The Bianconeri returned to the winning column during matchday 10 after noting a 2-0 home victory against Napoli on Sunday.
Prior to their win over Napoli, Juventus suffered an uncharacteristic 2-0 loss against Genoa as they recorded two wins, two losses and one draw in their last five matches.
Fiorentina will likewise hope to gather steam going forward after securing a 4-2 win against Sassuolo on Monday night, in what was only their second victory of the campaign so far.
The Florence outfit occupies 15th position on eight points and will go into matchday 11 on a run of two wins, two draws and six losses in their first 10 Serie A fixtures.

With Juve battling to overcome their inconsistencies, Luciano Spalletti praised his side’s character and noted that the Italian giants deserved their victory, which could bode well for the coming weeks.
"They were able to gather their strength and find that desire to take the first step,” Spalletti said.
“To move forward and to think positively, then they succeeded in that in the second half with some adjustments.
“ think they thoroughly deserved the win, which gave them back some of their self-confidence in the football they are producing."
