Following a painful defeat at the Masters recently, Justin Rose will have an opportunity to gain silverware at the upcoming
2025 Truist Championship, on grounds that he is very much familiar with.
What to know about Rose
As a veteran in the game, Rose bagged the 2013 US Open at Merion Golf Club, just nine miles away from where the Truist Championship will be held.
Rose has been in decent form this year and narrowly lost out against Rory Mcllroy in the Masters play-offs last month.
The Brit will now look ahead to the Truist Championship to add to his 11 wins on the PGA tour.
What did he say
"It hurts," said Rose after losing out at the Masters.
"What are you going to do about it, though? I think I've already kicked on in my career when I finished second to Sergio here, played some of the best golf of my career, got to world number one.
"What do you choose to dwell on, do you know what I mean? There's no point in being too despondent about it and you look at all the good stuff that got me into this situation.
