The
2021 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix will take place in Imola which is an Italian city and comune in the Metropolitan City of Bologna.
This will be the second round of the 2021 FIA Formula One World Championship season and it will be held at Imola Circuit.
The Imola Circuit is one of the few major international circuits to run in an anti-clockwise direction and it was built in 1953.
Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton won the first-ever Emilia Romagna Grand Prix last year and went on to clinch the Formula One world title.

Hamilton was followed by his Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas and Renault Daniel Ricciardo, who finished second and third respectively.
Ricciardo, who hails from Australia, has since left Renault and he is currently representing McLaren.
Hamiton is sitting at the top of the Drivers' Championship standings having won the opening race of the 2021 season which was the Bahrain Grand Prix on March 28.
The Stevenage-born driver is followed by Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing-Honda and Bottas, who finished second and third respectively in Bahrain.

Ricciardo is pleased to have gotten his first race under the belt as a McLaren driver in Bahrain where he finished seventh.
“I’m certainly…I would say very happy that I got the race under my belt today and did all the laps. I made, let’s say, countless notes throughout the race to feedback to the teams,” Ricciardo said.
“It’s important, you know, in racing conditions as well. And I think Friday was a great day for me to experiment with the setup and still know what I’m after with this car.
“I still don’t know what’s gonna work for me. But I think we’re not far off. I certainly feel more comfortable after race one than I did a couple of years ago after the switch I made from Red Bull to Renault.”
Mercedes are placed at the top of the Constructors' Championship standings and they were followed by Red Bull Racing-Honda and McLaren-Mercedes respectively.
