Defending champion Novak Djokovic will be targeting his eighth
Wimbledon final appearance when he goes up against Cameron Norrie in the semi-finals on Friday, July 8.
The world No.3 suffered a scare in the quarter-finals after losing the first two sets to 10th seed Jannik Sinner, but he battled back to win 5-7, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-2.
Djokovic had dropped just two sets in the opening four rounds and ninth seed Norrie will pose another challenge with the backing of the home crowd on centre court.
The Serbian is bidding to win his seventh title on the London grass and a fourth in a row, and revealed he had a word with himself in the mirror during a toilet break after finding his back to the wall against 20-year-old Italian Sinner.
"There was no aggressivity there. It was just a pep talk, positive talk," Djokovic said after his match on Tuesday.
"As negative and down as you feel about yourself in those moments, even though as fake as it looks or sounds to you, it really gives you an effect and support. It kind of re-animates yourself in a way.
"After that, I kind of played a new match, to be honest. From the start of the third, I played three really very solid, very high-quality tennis sets."
