Your account will only be considered for re-activation upon your own request and once the exclusion period has elapsed. If you would like to reactivate your account, please contact us for support.
Indefinite Period of Self Exclusion
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to re-open it.
In the case of a permanent self-exclusion request, we will contact you with a view to returning any remaining funds in your account (a minimum value of K20 applies in this respect) and closing your account.
