Yamaha rider Maverick Vinales will be determined to win the
French Grand Prix for the second time on October 11.
The Spanish star won this race in 2017 when he finished ahead of his teammate Johann Zarco and Honda's Dani Pedrosa.
Vinales failed to secure a podium finish in the recent race in the 2020 season which was the Catalan Grand Prix - finishing ninth.

The race was won by Vinales' teammate Fabian Quartararo, who clinched his maiden Catalan Grand Prix title.
Suzuki duo of Joan Mir and Alex Rins finished second and third respectively in an enthraling race.
Quartararo is now placed at the top of the 2020 riders' standings and he is followed by Suzuki's Joan Mir.
Vinales is sitting on position three having won this season's Emilia Romagna and Rimini's Coast Grand Prix.
The 25-year-old is 18 points behind Quartararo and he will move into the top two positions if he wins this weekend's French Grand Prix.

Vinales was unpleased with his performance at the Catalan Grand Prix and he explained what went wrong for him.
“All weekend I was struggling with the grip and we tried many things, maybe too much, and for sure we lost the way this weekend," Vinales said.
"We arrived to the warm-up with a very different set-up and we didn’t know what to choose.
"So, when you don’t do the correct job, this is the result you have.”
Yamaha are sitting at the top of the Manufacturers' Championship standings with 163 points.
Ducati and Suzuki are placed second and third with 126 and 113 points respectively on the standings.
