Paris Saint-Germain will start their quest for a maiden

The French giants have come close to winning Europe's biggest prize in recent seasons and lost to Bayern Munich in the 2020 final.
In an attempt to finally get their hands on the Champions League crown, the Parisians have significantly strengthened their squad. Gianluigi Donnarumma, Achraf Hakimi, Sergio Ramos and Georginio Wijnaldum all made their way to the club before the marquee arrival of Lionel Messi.
PSG have started the 2021/22 Ligue 1 season in great form with five wins from five matches, having surprisingly lost out on the title to Lille in the previous campaign.
Both Messi and Neymar missed their most recent league match, but both are expected to start away to Brugge in midweek.
"They came back to Paris on Friday night and trained today [Saturday]. I'm happy because even if they're tired, they don't have any physical problem," said PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino.
"They will be here for Wednesday's game."
Brugge are the defending Belgium Pro League champions.

This will be the third meeting between the two clubs. PSG beat Brugge 5-0 away and 1-0 at home in the 2019/20 UCL season. The six goals were shared evenly between Kylian Mbappe and Mauro Icardi.
