Jimmy Walker will be eager to end his long wait for silverware by winning the
2023 Sanderson Farms Championship.
What to know about Walker
After playing in 187 events without a win on the PGA Tour, the American golfer won three times in the first eight events of the 2014 season.
Walker won his first and only major title in 2016 at the PGA Championship which was held at the Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield Township, New Jersey, USA.
The former Baylor University student is a six-time winner on the PGA Tour having won Sony Open in Hawaii twice.

Walker took part in the 2023 Fortinet Championship in Georgia, USA where he finished in the top 30 in what was the most recent event on the 2022/23 PGA Tour schedule.
The 44-year-old finished 30th and is coming into the Sanderson Farms Championship placed 254th on the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) and his best ranking is 10th.
Why Walker could win the Sanderson Farms Championship
Walker is one of the most experienced golfers in this year's field as he has been professional since 2003 and his experience could earn him a win at the Country Club of Jackson.
The last time the Okholama City-born star won a professional event was in 2016 - clinching the PGA Championship and he will be keen to end his trophy drought this weekend.
