Manchester United will face off with Sheffield United in an
English Premier League match at the Old Trafford Stadium on June 24.
This will be the eighth meeting between Manchester and Sheffield in the Premier League.
Manchester have the upper hand having won five matches compared to Sheffield's one victory, while one game ended in a draw.
The two teams played to a 3-3 stalemate in their last match which was played on 24 November 2019 at the Bramall Lane.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the Manchester manager, has lauded young striker Mason Greenwood ahead of the resumption of the league.
"So for me, I'm looking forward to seeing more of him. He's always going to score goals," Solskjaer said.
"He's filled out over the lockdown period and his performances in training have been great as well, so I'm sure he'll have an impact towards the end of the season.”

Manchester are undefeated in their last three home matches in the league having recorded two wins and one draw.
The last time they lost at home in this competition was against Burnely, who emerged 2-0 winners on 22 January 2020.
