Max Homa will be keen to record his third victory of the 2022/23 PGA Tour season by clinching the
Rocket Mortgage Classic trophy.
What to know about Homa
The American star has won eight professional tournaments since he turned professional in 2013 after winning the individual NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship.
Homa has clinched six trophies which are part of the PGA Tour including two Fortinet Championships and two Wells Fargo Championships.

The 32-year-old missed the cut at the recent 2023 Travellers Championship which was the most recent event on the 2022/23 PGA Tour calendar.
Homa is currently placed ninth on the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) and his best OWGR is fifth.

The Burbank-born golfer is a clear favourite to win the Rocket Mortgage Classic as he is the highest-ranked golfer in the world among those who will compete in this year's tournament.
Having won this season's Fortinet Championship and Farmers Insurance Open, Homa will be confident of recording his third victory at the Detroit Golf Club.

"Whereas sometimes, especially when you're younger, you come to these big, big events and you don't know if your great golf game is good enough to compete.
