The
2022 Memorial Tournament is set to be played at the Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohilo, the USA between 2 and 5 June.
This PGA Tour golf tournament was founded in 1976 by one of the greatest golfers of all time Jack Nicklaus who has won a record 18 major championships.
The event is played on a Nicklaus-designed course at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio, a suburb north of Columbus.
The field consists of 120 players invited including Memorial winners in the last five years or prior to 1997 and The Players Championship and major championship winners in the last five years.

Patrick Cantlay is the defending champion having won the Memorial trophy last year after defeating Colin Morikawa in the play-off match.
This year's event features one of the better non-major fields of the season as Cantlay, Morikawa, Jon Rahm, Rory McIlroy and Jordan Spieth are just some of the big names in the tournament.
The Memorial is set to be played out over four days, with this event marking the 33rd tournament of the 2021-22 PGA Tour schedule.
The competition purse is set for $12 million, with the winner's share coming in at $2,160,000 -- the standard 18 percent payout.

Tiger Woods is the most successful golfer in the history of the Memorial Tournament having won the tournament a record five times.
