Sergio Perez will be out to continue his good form by winning the
Azerbaijan Grand Prix which he won last season.
The Red Bull driver is hoping to become the first driver to successfully defend the Azerbaijan Grand Prix which was established in 2017.
Perez claimed his first win of the current season by clinching the recent 2022 Monaco Grand Prix on May 29 as he looks to mount a serious challenge for the Formula One world title.

The Mexican star won the race after qualifying third and jumping both Ferraris in the pits, with pole-sitter Charles Leclerc losing out amid a double-stack pit stop gamble by the Italian team.
Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz Jr and Max Verstappen of Red Bull finished second and third respectively at the Circuit de Monaco.
Verstappen is still placed at the top of the 2022 Drivers' Championship standings and he is followed by Leclerc as the battle for the Formula One world title continues.
Perez, who is in his second season with Red Bull, finds himself third in the standings and he will move into the top two positions if he wins the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

“Winning Monaco, it’s a dream come true as a driver; when you come into F1 and when you come to Monaco and when you drive for the first time, you always dream about one day winning the race or racing in here," Perez said.
“So, it’s just incredible, such a big day for myself. I was driving with Pedro Rodriguez’s helmet today and I’m sure that up there he will be super proud of what we have achieved in the sport. “I’m the only Mexican or even Latin-American driver on the grid.
“So, it just shows how difficult it is for us – not saying that for European drivers it is easy – but it just shows how difficult it is for us to make it into the sport and to have a successful career in this sport quite hard. But I have to say, I’m extremely proud of it.”
Red Bull Racing-RBPT are placed at the top of the Constructors' Championship standings and they are followed by Ferrari and Mercedes respectively.
