Cleveland Cavaliers are in red-hot form as they prepare to take on
Philadelphia 76ers at the Wells Fargo Center on the morning of Saturday, February 24.
The Cavs have soared up to second place in the Eastern Conference after winning 18 of their 21 games in the new year, although they are some way off challenging Boston Celtics for the top seed in the playoffs.
J. B. Bickerstaff's team saw a nine-game winning streak come to an end with a narrow 123-121 defeat to Philadelphia on February 13, but they bounced back by beating Chicago Bulls 108-105 two days later.
Donovan Mitchell scored 30 points as the Cavs overcame a 17-point deficit to edge the Bulls, with Bickerstaff hailing a team effort after six of his players ended in double digits, including Isaac Okoro, who added 16 off the bench.
"This group believes in what they're doing, so no-one felt like they had to change and do something different when the shots weren't falling," Bickerstaff said.
"Sticking with it, we score 37 points and the fourth quarter and win the game."
The Sixers have struggled of late, although they snapped a four-game skid with back-to-back wins on the road against Washington Wizards and Cleveland before losing 109-104 to Miami Heat on February 15.
Nick Nurse's team have dropped to fifth in the East after winning just 10 of their 22 games since the turn of the year. Indiana Pacers (6th) are just two games back, while Miami Heat (7th) and Orlando Magic (8th) are also breathing down their necks in the race to qualify automatically for the playoffs.

Tyrese Maxey scored a game-high 30 points in a see-saw contest with the Heat, but a poor fourth quarter saw the Sixers miss six of their seven shots and Nurse admitted they were made to pay for not finishing at the basket.
"We turned down a couple of open threes and tried to drive but it was a tough drive because Bam [Adebayo] was sitting underneath the basket the whole game," Nurse said.
"You're going to have to go finish after you beat your guy. You have to go finish over him in some fashion."
