Following a draw with defending Africa Cup of Nations champions Ivory Coast this past weekend, Cameroon will hope to book their spot in the tournament’s knockout stage when they face Mozambique at Stade Adrar on Wednesday.
The Indomitable Lions saw out a 1-1 draw alongside Ivory Coast on Sunday, as they ended matchday two in second place with four points to their name.
Third-placed Mozambique on the other hand, made history in their latest Group F game as they recorded their first win at the finals via a 3-2 result against Gabon in Agadir on Sunday.
As it stands, Cameroon need to avoid defeat to book their ticket into the Round of 16, while a win for Os Mambas will ensure their spot in the knockout phase.

Reflecting on Cameroon’s stalemate with Ivory Coast, the Indomitable Lions coach David Pagou has called for focus heading into their final matchday in Group F.
“We need to focus on the positives,” Pagou said.
“We mustn't overreact—it's still the defending champions, a mature team against a very young side.
“We'll take this point and look ahead to the next match.”
