Sergio Perez will be hoping to record his third win of the 2023 season by clinching the
Italian Grand Prix.

The Mexican racing driver missed out on a podium spot at the Dutch Grand Prix title on August 27 and he finished fourth.
Perez started on the seventh grid and he went on to finish fourth as he collected 12 important points in the process.
Formula One title ambitions
The 33-year-old remains second on the World Drivers' Championship standings having accumulated 201 points with nine races left.
Perez is now 138 points behind leader Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing-Honda RBPT as the two teammates battle for the championship continues.
Why Perez could win the 2023 Italian MotoGP
Perez knows he cannot afford to drop points as he looks to put pressure on Verstappen and he can only do that by winning this weekend's Italian Grand Prix.
The man nicknamed Checo won this season's Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and Azerbaijan Grand Orix as he showed his ability to win races.
What did he say?
"You know a lot more after the race but overall it’s an okay result given the chaos of the afternoon," Perez said after the 2023 Dutch Grand Prix.
"The Team always know the wider picture when they are making decisions in the race and I don’t have all the information in the car, that’s why we have strategists and everyone makes the calls in the interest of the Team.
"We had good pace and definitely deserved a podium today, so it’s a shame we didn’t make it."
